Two scenarios that Steve will cover

Motivational needs of volunteers will change, both as a result of their own maturing and of their experience with your agency. We will discuss critical points in the volunteer life cycle and ways to adjust volunteer jobs to meet their changing motivational needs.

Ever had a volunteer who seems suddenly to begin breaking rules by going beyond their volunteer assignment or working with clients in ways that break agency procedures? We will investigate this interesting area of volunteer motivation, how to look for the danger signs, and what to do to manage your good volunteers back into productive channels.
