This year Volunteering ACT celebrates it’s 10thAnniversary as the funded peak body for volunteers and organisations who work with volunteers. Founding members are currently compiling the history of the organisation, piecing together the events that gave birth to the thriving Centre we have now.

It all began in1986, with an Expo during National Volunteer Week. Were you part of the “Community Volunteers Course” team? Were you a member of the first Steering Committee? You may have vital information or contacts. Add your personal stories; help bring the history of the organisation to life.
