Guidelines applying specifically to community groups who seek assistance

1. The effect on the community of the absence of the facility being available for the relief and assistance of persons in immediate need as a result of the Canberra Bushfires.
2. Are located in Canberra Bushfire affected areas.
3. The facility is unable to function.
4. Assistance is not available through any other source.
5. Where the facility is targeted to disadvantaged groups in the community they will receive special consideration.
